Cheer Perfection Rant

Okay guys, so I think that from now on I'm just going to say what I think about the Cheer Perfection episodes on my blog and linking it to Twitter that way I'm not blowing up my followers timelines. Because trust me; I usually have a lot to say after an episode. I just can't help myself with all of the drama that goes on between the coaches and the moms. And if you don't like what I have to say about it then don't read this post, so here we go. (:

I don't think that Andrea, as much as I love her quotes, should have become President over the Team Moms simply because she volunteered. But I also don't think that Ann should have gotten it either. If she can't handle being Team Mom; then how is she going to be able to handle the responsibility of being over all of the Team Moms. I also would like to know why Michelle even cares who the President of the Team Moms is, if she isn't a Team Mom then it's not like she has to answer to them. I also don't get Alisha; one minute she's upset because the moms are fighting, but then she comes up with ideas that she knows will cause even more drama and tension. Even Shannon doesn't like the idea of Andrea being the President, because apparently "somebody has lost their fricking fracking mind." And besides we all know that Shannon is the newest member to hop on this "Team Bonnie" bandwagon, so if Shannon doesn't like it then it probably wasn't a good idea in the firstplace. Not to mention that I could feel the tension in the room when Andrea overstepped Ann and got the posterboard for Alsiha. Although I will say that Ann does need to get over the Fab Five competition thing and do the job which she volunteered to do. It's not like Alisha asked her to make the poster.

Next I don't really understand why there's a Team Bonnie and a Team Ann. They both act the exact same way. They're both manipulative, Bonnie's just sneakier about it. I think I would rather be Team Ann. At least she's up front and straightforward. Plus her insults are a lot better than the word "Blondie."

But I don't want to be completely negative. Youth Silver is looking really good. Yes, they do need to tighten up and be cleaner especially in stunts and tumbling, but that can be fixed. Although I don't think that it's right for one squad member to blame another squad member for messing up. Yes, I'm talking about Abby, who was told that Youth Silver was going to lose, because of her. First off the teammate who said that was far from perfect, and her stunts didn't always hit either. Especially in practice when she spent more time sitting out of her stunts than standing up. But when Abby starts crying everybody writes it off as her being upset, because she messed up, when in reality she was more than likely crying, because she was told that she was going to cause the team to lose.

I don't want to be completely negative about the parents either. Senior Gray finally had their first performance, and surprisingly they did really well. Considering that RD decided to quit coaching them since Alisha wouldn't stop trying to be the coach. Even though even after RD decided to actually join the parents team, Alicia, still continued to coach. But anyways all of the stunts stayed in the air and there were some impressive tumbling passes. Even Alicia threw a couple of backhandsprings. So the moms actually ended up doing something productive this episode! (:

So that's my rant on the latest episode of Cheer Perfection, I hope you guys liked it. Watch it on Wednesdays at 10/9 Central on TLC.
                                                 XOXO,
